On Thursday September 6th, Health Action Council will be hosting a screening and panel discussion event at the City Club of Cleveland. The event will begin with a screening of the patient safety documentary, ‘To Err is Human’. Following the screening, we will be convening a panel discussion on ways we can help create better awareness around medical errors and patient safety; discuss the impact mistakes have on our communities; and how we can all collaboratively work through potential and life-saving solutions.
Popcorn, drinks, and heavy appetizers will be provided as well. Registration for this event can be found on the HAC website, under the events tab.
