The Food Access Raises Everyone (FARE) Project works with a wide range of partners in Cleveland/Cuyahoga County to increase access to healthy food in neighborhoods of need: a key component to improving resident and community health. However, in order to ensure the greatest impact for local families, we must make deeper connections to the individuals and organizations addressing other social and environmental factors that influence health in our neighborhoods, including employment, housing, education, transportation and social inclusion.
Please join us at the FARE Convening on Wednesday, December 12th; each FARE event is designed to provide space for diverse participants to network with colleagues, develop synergy between programs and explore new collaborations. At this convening, we are inviting organizations and individuals from allied fields to join us in working towards building healthy neighborhoods through aligning programs and outcomes. Register today and please reach out with any questions or if you’d like more information!
