The Serenity Study is looking for volunteers ages 21 to 70 who may be interested in learning ways to better manage stress, or lower their blood pressure.

The Serenity Study is a joint project between Kent State University and University Hospitals Connor Integrative Health Network. Stress management classes are eight weeks long and offered at no cost to participants. The participants of the study may receive compensation for their time at study visits.
